How Do I Move My Pension Funds From Leadway Assurance To Another PFA. by Josbreed: 4:47pm On Oct 04, 2023
I lost my job for over a year now, still job hunting. I learnt that one can access 25% of their funds with every Pension Funds Administrator, so that I can start a business. I have mine with Leadway. So I applied for the 25% since before 25th of August, 2023. Some of my friends who deal with other PFAs received their monies within 2 weeks and they told me mine too should not exceed 2 weeks. As at today, 1 month 10 days after the application, Leadway has not paid my money after providing ALL necessary documents.
I have contacted them, but told me that "a search of my information in the NIMC website came back as error". Can you believe that?
All my transactions with the 3 banks and MTN, Airtel accepted my NIN. Even my state government and FSRC have no qualms at all with it. I am tayad of waiting for them. I need a guide on how to move all my funds from Leadway to another recommended PFA. Kindly help.

OP instruct your new PFA to contact Leadway to have the funds transfered.

Better contact pencom for assistance on the issue then tag Lead on their SM handles.

Run an update.
Then walk to the office of the next pfa and open an account. Then ask for transfer.

Please kindly reach out to your management or the person handling your X handle (@LeadwayPensure) to change the settings to allow your customers (any X user) be able to send you Direct Message (DM). IT IS VERY VERY WRONG TO ONLY SET IT TO ONLY ALLOW VERIFY USERS OF X TO BE ABLE TO SEND DM. You are in this business to be able to use every available medium to address customers' complaints, so keeping the settings as stated in the capitalized above is not quite right. This is because not all your customers can afford to pay for the verification fee (monthly or annually) of X.

Leave Leadway Pensions and Leadway Assurance. They are very unreliable and untrustworthy. I got life assurance for my late mother, after years of collecting premium when she died, they now gave me stories. Sum assured was not paid, premium was not refunded.

Leave Leadway Pensions and Leadway Assurance. They are very unreliable and untrustworthy. I got life assurance for my late mother, after years of collecting premium when she died, they now gave me stories. Sum assured was not paid, premium was not refunded.

Leadway Assurance and leadway pensure both have upgraded their technology to be the best as we speak.

Even most financial and non financial institutions uses leadway Assurance products.
