No dey use Google to dey reply people wey dey street 24/7, selling yuan to even naija people wey dey Nigeria etc...


Due to the covid-19, and extremely harsh and tight conditions that the government used on blacks, deportation etc, igbos or Africans don give themselves sense, no rape,no drugs no fighting etc,na why police activities don reduce, then most police dey be on mufti..

Each chinese province govern themselves, so the measures taken by other provinces differs and ask anyone, Guangzhou is one of the biggest cities in china just like you have lagos and Abuja,port Harcourt etc


There was a time Guangzhou was not issuing residence permit, once your 1month expires,no renewal, you either go to other cities, to renew, na government efforts and the cool head wey Africans con get make them start to dey give till 3 months depending....

l don't know why Nigeria don't want to learn from successful countries,every developed countries have provinces or regions that are independent,make their laws,control their social amenities,manage their economy and resources, even uk that is far smaller than Nigeria have their cities managing and controlling their economy for instance london city councils have no control over liverpool and manchester city economy,all the cities are independent and manage their economy and social amenities such as health, education, aviation industry and seaport without interference from uk government, Nigeria current system of government gives room for corruption, laziness and nonchalant behaviors from the leaders.

So today I had to opportunity to witness/know how this buying of houses in china are done

They have 25yrs/30yrs buying which government will compensate you after the year ends

This type of buildings are mainly for a short time period of 25yr or 30yrs, and they demolish it and build a permanent structure

For instance, if they have a vision for a good structure or road etc in that 30yrs,instead of allowing the land to waste,they construct a building/garden there till when the period comes for that project....


The next one is a lifetime buying

This type of buildings or lands indicates that nothing will make the buildings go away even if it gets old,they use it as a heritage or historical place etc..

Now my brother wanted to buy his 3rd house

We went to foshan and we saw the 30yrs structure at the rate of 500k rmb

And we saw a lifetime buildings for 2.2m rmb
Note:I'm just saying these for learning purposes not for any other reason besides na my brother not me ....

So he bought the lifetime own

Now the prices differs because of the time frames.......

But presently a friend of mine will be coming to Gz by month ending, so, I want to ask you, is it true that Chinese govt now extend visa on 3 month interval?

For now they give more than 3 months

But the problem is that they give you first 1 month on arrival, second 1month on extension

The rest will be 2weeks, 1week,2 days, 4days etc depending

To enjoy a new country...

1... first make a research about the country

2... make sure you have money for support

3... when you get into the country, get a residence permit

4... above all, rest the people who owns the country, live like you don't exist, respect the law and just concentrate on getting what brought you into that country and if you wan enjoy yourself, go to a place away from your home and enjoy yourself responsibly .....
