I am Labour Party Chieftain and I always maintained that Obi lost.Except for Rivers State , which Wike brazenly rigged , the election was generally free and fair , though not perfect.

Of course. Lucky's case is exactly same as that of Jonathan who took over after Yar'Adua's death in 2010, and was allowed to contest twice - 2011 and 2015. Jonathan has set a precedence already for that.
