She's just fair in complexion with makeup on, plus she has an elegant, tall height structure, plus she's rich, so she has the money to take care of herself to the fullest.
Nothing so really special about this woman. People like to over exaggerating. There are lots of light skinned women with tall height like that, that we do see in public on a regular basis
