lol there is difference between gross and net. Gross is before deductions while net is after deduction. Present salary is at 180k plus. so he is right.

The gross pay isn't up to 210k, what was added to their monthly pay is around 50 -55 so if you add it to their previous pay isn't up to 180k
But some civil defense on special duty may have different pay sha

perculiar allowances and rent have been implemented last month. Oga they are on CONPASS. Its same for immigration, Correctional service, Civil defence.

Is anything happening there?

Don't misinterprete what I wrote, I didn't said it as not been implemented please note.
What was added to their monthly salary after implementation of peculiar/ rent for level 8 was around 50 -55k
So if you add it with what they're collecting before is still not up to 180k

Note
Some of them even post their payslip on Facebook early this month.
