@wolerex, I will get across, should be around end Aug. Q: do they just allow any guest on the course or they need to verify you actually know the 'rules' as you could problem to other players/damage the course etc @Gamine, That would be a fine of 'one club-length' for you. ![]() |

lol |
| Re: Golf In Nigeria by wolerex(m): 5:42pm On Aug 01, 2008 |
in theory, they dont! but in practice, being a members club and the golf section is particularly more closed! its assumed that for you to be playing on the course, you are either a member or the guest of a member, who automatically "owns responsibility for your abiding by the ethics of the game". but of greater importance is that the clubs caddies "hand hold" players on the field. |

@ GAMINE - you are turning out to be a very interesting student! the caddies are there to help ensure your play and enjoy yourself without damaging the course |

I will really like to talk about the state/level of the game in Nigeria. I don't really see any major progress. We also don't belong to any relevant tour like d pga, european, asian, etc. Also, none of our boys have performed so well on these tours. Our prize monies are still too meagre for my liking. So much to talk about. lets share ideas pls. |
