For those who are busy and multitasking on a job, VN is actually a very important means to send a message across without having to edit, delete and do all that, when you can just open a voice record and say what you need to say and send.

And then if I need to communicate my feeling to the receiver at the other end, VN is the best tool.
Not to mention those who might have lost a limb, how do you expect them to type a lengthy message?.

I so much believe that VN on any platform is a very good invention.

Text will do for me.

Waste of time. It takes forever to download .. it freezes most times. You must have goood internet connection to listen to it.

It can easily get corrupted like pics, and large files cos eat up bandwidth and MB.

Finally, it empowers people who dont know how to respectfully write , to be abusive to others.

How can it be the best when the Internet and electricity is there I personally hate voice note sha, if you want to talk, call me, and if you want to text, do so. I hate it when people mix both. One minute I'm reading their chat and the next thing I see is a 3 minutes voice note, wtf but in the end, everybody should stick to what they prefer

This is what many of them don't understand. It's convenient for them because it's faster, meanwhile it's slower for the recipient who will have to listen to the entire length of the voice note, for me it's torture

You people are not even talking about the one they added to status. I've never listened to a voice note on someone's status before. I hate it.

I dislike voice note. You can only listen to some vn by putting your phone close to your ear. Who has time for all that ? Then you speak for over a minute. Who has that time ?

Moreover even God typed message to us instead of sending vn. You wan hear God voice ?

Very good observations, even those who can't read nor write, I have seen many northern people who can't write nor read they always record and send.
