It was used in Bible times for lighting but i just can't figure out why such is still in use now that there are many sources of light better and safer then candles! undecided

The scents of most candle is an invitation to demons.

One thing about demons is imitating whatever God's people used in the past but for a wrong motive so gullible individuals won't know that it no longer worth being considered.
For instance imagine someone turn a rod into snake now didn't Moses do the same?
But the won't suspect that Satan is the one behind it because there's no reason for such unlike when God asked Moses to do so.
Today demons will convince gullible people that since it was used in Bible times it is still acceptable in pure worship. smiley
