That's not the original. The original one starred Charlton Heston of the el cid fame. There were a series of them which I can't remember explicitly though i watched about 3 or 4 of them.

Marky marks planet of the apes was a remake. The very first set it was obvious that people were wearing ape masks. It got better in 2001 and cgi has given us the current version of the apes.

This next version is a remake of the original one. Stoll a time Warp time travel story if I'm.correct.

honestly didn't know Haston acted in Planet of the Apes. Always thought he was serious old school. Just checked his filmography on Wikipedia. Dude even acted in True Lies. Lol.

That bull in the China shop scene was hilarious. All in all I was entertained. So many scenes made me laugh.

I didn't believe that they could still squeeze something out of that movie.

The folk who said Snyder's writing in movies are good is dumb, none of the film's written by Snyder has ever been good. Maybe the action is usually great but in Rebel Moon - both the writing and action are very bad, to many slow mo shots and crappy dialogue sequences. No rewatchability value. I decided to watch Watchmen recently. The movie is so baddddd!!!!! And I watched the 4 hours cut!!!! Everything is just all over the place. I don't still know what Animation is doing there!!!

I'm trying to watch Exhuma 2024 but all the English subtitles I've tried out so far have been inaccurate. Can anybody help with correct subtitles for this particular movie?

The story is very realistic with non-realistic concepts and that's difficult to do that when a movie is this fictional. The story is developed well, but the characters aren't. Snyder re-wrote the script in David Hayder because it wasn't 'true' to the source material. If you're writing a movie, you have to be creative with it and pleasurable for people to watch in cinemas, Zack didn't do that, the movie was boring asf, only some scenes were ok, he just vomited what the comics did without adding nuance to the already made story. Look at the Boys - if they had followed it to the T, it wouldn't be as good as it is.

Well, I see your point. Considering the source material, if it has been done right, the movie should have been one of the greatest comic book movies ever. Yeah, Snyder is overrated.

I saw people comparing Rebel Moon : Scargiver with Dune part 2.

There is no comparison between the two.

Dune is a masterpiece while Rebel Moon is more like a beautiful piece of nonsense.

I don't think u will see some mad action shit on dune but the part 2 was really interesting ND the rate should be higher and I watched it twice and I redownload the part 1 and I'll still rate it below 5

For me, Bautista nor really fit dat role and Dem make him useless, his dead was even worse
