Compared to the standard prices we alll know and see in different places online, this quite something... Way below the price range that we see out there.
It is Visa free to many countries world over, just like other world strongest passports. It enters USA, Canada, UK, EU, Asia, Australia etc.

This is remarkably below the price range you will see anywhere... more than 65, 70% less.
A new category of people would be able to get this now... those People that are rich, but not all that super rich to drop 100 - 150k USD, would be able to afford this.

It's some adverts I've being seeing online, over and over again... Romania, Slovakia and other EU countries like that.
I'm currently in talks with them to be certain of what Is what exactly, and if they are 100% genuine.
