Invariably, it is the other bands (B to E) that have been impacted negatively by the unending power rationing and blackouts as emphasis has been shifted to providing Band A feeders with sufficient power to avoid downgrading and loss of revenue. This is one of many unintended consequences of the tariff dichotomy that was either not envisaged ab initio or stealthily hidden in plain sight from consumers until it dawned on us that we just had a hair cut in absentia. |

Generally the power sector is a cash cow of some corrupted people,,huge investments have been put into it by previous governments,Obj $20billion,to the current billions of $ by this current dispensation all went down the drain. The corruption have already been into the system. No matter how much that's invested it'll likely be the same old story. |

They keep increasing the price of everything, yet they are not talking about minimum wage. Since inception of this government they have not make one thing simple for Nigerians till now - Only God knows who their advisers are. Government responsibility is to make life easy for her Citizens, not in Naija. |

For 24 hours uninterrupted power supply, that's not bad. Then again, it will come down to whether it's worth it... Or if Solar is not better (or cheaper). Just like that... We have taken Fuel, Power and Education out of the reach of the poor. |

170k? Na only light bill you come this life to do. So what happens to other utilities and monthly house expenses that the person needs to settle? If by 2024 things are like this. I wonder how 2027 will be and how much band A will be paying. |
