We are talking about important issues u are yawning dust. Go to every cranny of dis Lagos and check statistics of those living in slum if not west.

Simple question have turn to jamb question, mention one Igbo business bigger than Glo you cannot .
All the slums at Alaba down to shibiri, iyana era who dominates it?
You guys just chest beat for no reason, you’re trying so hard to always be the victim .

Saying Yorubas don’t no how to do business just because igbos is dominating Lagos with shops is more like saying Americans don’t Know how to do business or are not hardworking because they don’t have much number of them working in Nigeria is mere ignorance.

The profit , , Exxon Mobil, shell pull out from Nigeria alone is way much bigger than what our hundreds of thousands of Nigerians citizens are making there .
The last time I checked igbos have the smallest amount of investment compared to Yoruba , Hausa Fulani in Lagos Stop chest beating nobody send Una .

Repeatedly saying the same thing again and again for years without proper action to back it up. Isn't that psychotic?

Shouldn't SE be developed too, and become a place where all Nigerian will want to go and start a family for her economic opportunities.

Why do you feel its a punishment when they ask you to look home?

Why do you think you're hurting us if the number of people that sell Ghala and lacassera and those that sell dvd and phone accessories (using wheelbarrow) on our streets are reduced?

When we ask you not to encourage terrorism and thuggery in your region so that your region can be viable place for business and people inflow, you called us name, you also tag your people who did not agree with your idea saboteurs and get them murdered.

Even this woman cannot travel home for the fear she can get killed.

Kudirat Abiola was killed in the street of IKEJA LAGOS LIKE A DOG and nothing happen because your ethnic group is useless, coward and good for nothing grin

Olodo. Try and keep up. What concerns Kudirat Abiola with this topic?

Is it Yorubas who always make threats they then never act upon? The point is about Igbos empty chest beating no other ethnic group engages in.

It is only Igbos who make empty and outlandish threats to then look stupid and empty in the face of their numerous inactions.

Yorubas are far more mature, rational, sophisticated and circumspect than Igbos. Before a Yoruba talks, let alone issue a threat, he weighs the consequences of his words.

Yet when he decides on a course and makes this know publicly, he will see it through unilke you empty noisemakers and Nzogbu Nzogbu nuisances.

After 2023 General election, Lagos state was exposed. igbos were exposed

Investing in Lagos real estate is now a very high risk investment that should be left to the Yorubas only.

There is a time for everything. A time to give birth and a time to die. The time to divest from Lagos has come.

The time to slow down on investing in real estate in Lagos for none Yorubas has come.

Lagos belong to Yorubas, it is high time to divest gradually and allow Yorubas take hold of their Lagos.

I have been sounding this warning.

The earlier people listen to this the better for them anyway

So, you are so delusional to know that Mrs Moghalu was speaking holistically and not Landmark incident alone

The houses LASG demolished and the bigotry attacks on some non indigene properties in Lagos are done by FG too abi?...well, English can be hard to understand for a potential dementia Yaba left patient.

For your mind banks lend against collateral
BigkokoRep:
Them no go hear, but their investment go hear am! If you have properties or sellable investment in Lagos, kindly walk up to a bank, take a short term loan, equivalent or 80% of the investment worth, using your property as collateral. Kindly default and allow the bank take the property!

Divest from Lagos. Locate any town or village with access to sea outlet and buy properties. One day, infrastructures go reach there and the Lagos property market will go bust!

Food stuff from Delta , cross River will easily be transported directly to ready markets in Lagos .

Fresh seafood harvested from the ocean by riverine communities can easily be transported fresh to markets in urban areas along this route.

Other resources from the resource rich Niger Delta such as timber , cocoa and rubber can be transported to processing and export companies .

You think SS is a barren desolate place ?

Also goods and commodities from across Nigeria can easily be transported to all SS cities without interference through SE.

You better see this project as Nigeria preparing for your final exit .

The project is meant to provide direct access to all SS states via the coast in the event you are granted your Biafra .

Hunger go tear Onistha touts for head bridge as there will be no trucks to exploit .

Do you know the distance from Delta, Bayelsa & Rivers to calabar? Bruv it's 4 hour and the ogoja road is bad. Govt should have used that money to fix our refineries in order to improve our FX and stabilize petrol supply, abu you no dey que for fuel ni?

That's what this project is meant to address and it is to cut the current time and distance.

Which refineries again?

The one that has been used to siphon money without end ?

You should have called instead for the FG to sell off those money pits that are used as conduits to siphon money.

UncleAyo wants to pretend he did not see APC thugs beat and turn back Igbos and light skinned yorubas at last year's election.

UncleAyo wants to pretend he has not heard the open secret in Alausa about making C of O a document that Igbos only hear about and look upon but are never granted.

UncleAyo keep on pretending not to notice that Igbos that have been living in peace in Lagos since after the war have been treated like enemies by the evil party APC.

They hire a token Igbo to put in their cabinet to "prove" diversity.

OldBeer:
Maryanne Moghalu, the wife of former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) deputy governor and ex-presidential candidate Kingsley Moghalu, has sparked a social media storm with her recent social media post cautioning against investing in Lagos.

In the wake of the contentious dispute between Landmark, a prominent real estate developer, and the Federal Government, Maryanne Moghalu took to Social media to share her advice. Her post, which has since garnered over 200,000 views, serves as a warning to potential investors regarding the current climate in Lagos.

It's worth noting that Kingsley Moghalu was the presidential candidate for the Young Progressive Party (YPP) in the country's general election in February 2019.

The controversy surrounding Landmark and the Federal Government has raised concerns about the stability of investment opportunities in Lagos. Maryanne Moghalu's post adds to the ongoing dialogue about the implications of such disputes on the business environment in Nigeria's commercial capital.

There are a one thousand and one places to invest without any issues in Lagos.

People like this woman are the ones who think money can buy anything in the name of investment.

How can the most covetous and expansionist ethnic group in Nigeria accept a future without the land and asset of others to commandeer?

You think Igbos will ever accept a break-up arrangement that limits them to their barren five SE States?

They will always want SS oil to soften the blow of their barrenness stemming from a worthless, cursed and erosion-ravaged land of origin.

What led to the civil war in the first place if not Ojukwu and Igbos covetous lust for control of Niger Delta oil wealth?

It takes men without a conscience to ruin an investment of $200 million in a country where 33 million people live in multidimensional penury! If that road runs through the beach front of Landmark, that will successfully mark the end of the resort.

You are educated enough to know that a swimming pool and a kiosk is not worth $200m, especially when it is built behind the actual parcel of land that was paid for that is a stretch of ocean beach that belongs to the federal government.

An encroacher has no claims to make but to be happy not to have been penalised.

The Coast belongs to the Federal Government not the state

That is the effect of a recent Supreme Court ruling
So from Lagos to Calabar the Federal government owns the shoreline as it should be for obvious security reasons
No individual can own the coast o any country and in Nigeria not even the state government
So any acquisition not involving the Federal government is invalid
