This LUNATIC again. This one is a confirmed deranged lunatic. The sore loser is still pained that his GBAJUE candidate lost. Overriding public interest is when the benefits of an activity for the public interest outweigh the benefits of compensating for any losses to wetland values that may result from the activity. For example, the construction of flood protection facilities to protect infrastructure or certain mineral extraction, production, and transportation activities could be considered overriding public interest. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

If u look at this picture, after destroying Landmark bsuiness because he is Igbo, they then rejoin the main route. Now the same road is in front and at the back, where is that done. when Landmark built that business the original design for the road was suppose to be in front, all of a sudden they change it to the back. Duplicate 1 road into two just to destroy a Nigerian own business and then rejoin the original route. Landmark should sue them to court to pay for the remainder of the bsuiness. I dont think any sane person will invest in Lagos, when u can go and invest in Ghana or Sierra Leone or Senegal and your investment wont be turn to tribal bigotry People dont come to Nigeria, they go to other African countries, like Ghana, Kenya, South Africa even Uganda etc. He should pack up Land Mark and move to another African country for the sake of his sanity. 3 Likes 1 Share

Watch from 39:40, listen to what this African American from the Carribean have to say about Tinubu demolition of Landmark. U know they think it is Igbo dey are dealing with but the whole world is watching and so is God. Soon, to find investors in Nigeria will be like winning lottery. Nigerians themselves will invest in other African countries leaving Nigeria behind. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TegCCg36Zyw 1 Like |

The original plan for the costal road according to Umahi goes through SE but the President have told him to remove the SE because it will no longer be a coastal road if the SE is included. Can u imagine? Listen from 4;30 They change all the route and weaponised a road against Igbo people. Can u imagine? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZCVCZMe8GA&t=299s |

Kenochi:If you have nothing to say, just keep quiet. They pay you lots to stay online and say rubbish, hard working Nigerians whom made their money through manifold struggle and relentless efforts, comes up with an initiative that employs the youths and contributes to the betterment of the nation through their investment, wakes up one morning, only for one saddist never-do-well political leader to come up with an ill-conceived project and destroys an investment of so many years.Presently it is now a norm in this govt to target certain peoples investment for destruction because they didn't support their stolen mandate. We saw Sanwolu's selective destruction and they ones he couldn't do,he employed the might of the federal govt and we also observed they demonic agenda perpetrated in Abuja using the power drunk tyrant, Wike. 1 Like |

I've never encountered a group of people who harbor such disdain for their country, Nigeria, like the Obidients and their leader Peter Obi. Similarly, I've never come across a media outlet as fixated on negative occurrences in Nigeria as AriseTV @ARISEtv and their anchors most especially Rufai and Efeni. Nigeria 🇳🇬 will proper and investors will come In Jesus name. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Nah Thindet go fire Rufai Oswni for crying more than the bereaved like Mr Gbajue. The owner of the property accepted that he build on a fed govt land without approval. Meanwhile the fed govt can take anybody land for public use . So why is Nyopic Rufai ranting. He didn't have any investment but rather ranting o. The TV everyday 4 Likes 3 Shares |
