There is no need still running around with this DNA test sth, it should just be concluded that the boy is not mohbad's son & hence wummi should vacate & not come close to mohbad's properties again.

She can still sue to have a large share of the property if they were legally married. That is what the law says. Spouses are first consideration if a man or woman died intestate- dying without a will. People don’t married for children but for companionship. But the deceit is too much and shameful and the judge can count that against her. The bigger question is who is the father.
