Others attracted mostly foreign portfolio investment. So nothing special. We no get light, good roads, purchasing power is falling yet we dey find foreigners that will build factories in Niger. The only foreign investors Nigeria will get are investors in bond, tb and stocks. Those ones no need 24hrs light

Who exactly is expecting states to muster this when the Federal Govt has chased away the investors. Its like going into a house through the window instead of the door. If you see how Federal ministries begs Development partners for almost everything, you will wonder what they do with the budget they bloatly presently to Nigerians every year.

Please someone should help me check that "Edo state" well because Gov Obaseki have been making noise about e-governance and IT development of the state that have enhanced the state's business friendly environment and investment attraction!!!

There's nothing like northern states. You have to specify the north you are refering to - NE, NW or NC....the same way we have SE, SS and SW.
