How they were able to convinced the investors to come and invest in a bastardized economy is another wonder. But I am sure, it won't be a serious investment. Foreign investments isn't a parameter to measure economy, most of those state indigenous investments are more higher than foreigners, which benefits the state economy more unlike foreign investments that repatriate their profit to their country.

Imagine the thousands of businesses that will spring up along that 700km coastal highway.
