For now, trust is the issue amongst us Nigerians. Even someone who used to be trustworthy can change tomorrow.

So, a lot of thoughts need to go into it. For now, other exchanges are still doing P2P. Let's watch and see if they'll bring all down.

The thing is, people in govt. are into arbitrage, but they don't want others to benefit from it.

They converted their Naira to Dollar at 750/$ or less and devalued it, then sold at 1900. They brought it down to 1180/$ and sold most of the Dollars to themselves, but sold again at 1450/$. Now, they are planning to bring it down to 1000/$ or less so that they can mop up everything and crash the Naira again to maybe 2k.

Normal Nigerians are in for 8 years of manipulations and hunger. Very soon, sui cide rate will increase again.

Garri sellers are patiently waiting for small issues so that they'll increase a custard to 5k.

There is fire on the mountain.

Since the days of our fathers have government been trying to control the Nigerian citizens but till the end of this world as one door closes so will another opens, no government can stop a genuine hardworking legal citizens from making it
We need leverage on the advantages this thread has brought us, as government are planning Wickedness upon Wickedness on the Nigerian citizens we need to continue protecting our future and interest too

I complained of an exchange that has locked me out for weeks now even after using different SIMs, settings, APN, etc. I didn't tell you Glo wasn't part the networks.

Today, my Airtel and MTN are simultaneously having signal issues, so I subbed my GLO and nonchalantly tried to login my Bitrûe account and I was IN Instantly. I just smiled when I saw all my long trades were intact and I'm even in profit in most of them.

So, don't write off GLO and also, some of our online login issues are caused by our service providers, not the website.

If you’re using Deriv to trade, you can fund your account with as low as $1 and also withdraw from your account as low as $1. Very swift and smooth. Agent is tested and trusted. Chat me up on telegram @dchossen1 for the group linK.

Please as I am writing this smoke is coming out from my head. I have $80 on okx and the app has not been opening for 1 week now. I was sent $20 payment but it didn't reflect till the app itself stopped working on both my iOS and Android. That money is all the money I have now. I built this from the scratch, I'm so confused.

The app is opening on my phone. Maybe switch network - if you're using mtn, try glo or airtel. Also, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If none of that works, contact their customer support on X.

I posted about this last week but was shut down. One person said that the circular I posted couldn't have come from CBN because they have debunked it on their X account (as if they would admit it before) and another said it is fake news because the circular was riddled with grammatical errors (thanks quota system lol). Well, I hope no one gets caught up in the mess because according to the circular, such persons won't be able to operate their account for six months plus the possibility of arrest.

Anything the APC government denies is always the truth, right from the days of buhari.

Surprisingly the app just allowed me to sign in now but Nigeria is no longer listed on P2P

So, a lot of thoughts need to go into it. For now, other exchanges are still doing P2P. Let's watch and see if they'll bring all down.

Nigerians are resourceful.
Till date, PayPal does not officially allow Nigerians to receive or withdraw money, but Nigerians find a way to transact using PayPal.

There was P2P before the exchanges: P2P will remain after the exchanges.
It'll come with its downsides. But folks will have to adapt or perish.

The industry is still in denial.
When it finally accepts that the government is out to destroy it, it'll get serious and adopt mechanisms to blunt the government's amateurish attempts to stifle progress.
And uh, a special Darwin Award go to the short-sighted crypto enthusiasts who joined the chorus earlier in the year when the pressure was high to go after the P2P market. You'd see them on this thread or elsewhere in the interwebs say something to the effect of, "I trade crypto but..." Congratulations, there will be no more safe, convenient, and cost-effective way to onboard your fiat. Because the alternatives that will emerge will not be as fun.

After the P2P exchanges go, you'll send NGN payment to an exchanger and he'll refuse to send you your coin at the pre-agreed rate because rate has changed. And there'll be no customer care agent to arbitrate at no charge. That's to say nothing about the spread, Rather than the current N5-10 between buying and selling, we'll have upwards of N50 and higher rates to reflect the increased risk. Oh, and the scams, will be more prevalent.

So do prep for what is to come.
But crypto is going nowhere.
This is Nigeria. After God na government, no b for crypto. Governments have a short shelf life, crypto does not. P2P will outlast the mfs.
To the traders, be careful out there. A plus point is that you know for certain who you'd not be voting for in 2027.

I hope they wouldn't succeed in rigging the election come 2027. I also hope poverty wouldn't be prevalent to the extent of selling one's vote. Just thinking aloud coz I'm weak seeing these news flying around.

Moving forward.. Anyone asking of where to buy or sell usdt or which exchange sites are offering p2p services should be ignored. Topic of discussions should strictly be potential assets to invest in and trading strategies.. Na una dey do unaselves!

Oga, that information you are looking for, you can not get it here, what do you people even want, so you want us to tell you so you can go and reveal it to the people you are working for

Anyways to answer your question, check OPAY exchange, you can sell it there

You and the people you are working for just want to clamp down on every legit source of income the youth are using to get their daily bread, but u people can never succeed, crypto is way sophisticated for you and the people you are working for.

Try CBN Headquarters Exchange. They're fast and reliable with instant arrest as bonus.

"Create accounts on multiple exchanges," I yelled that year, but people attacked me and said they can't even control one account let alone 5.

Now they're doing it and a lot of them are encountering verification issues for weeks. In this life, when everyone is docile, be vibrant. When everyone is vibrant, observe.

If the government is trying to stop it, then you must be doing something right.

By the way, there's a relatively easier way for these exchanges to service their Nigerian users without p2p necessarily, using virtual $ cards. This would probably force the government to ban virtual $ cards, and then we will get to the next option., and they blanket ban again.... Until the already useless economy grinds to a halt.

I personally want Nigerians to suffer and eat from the trash if possible. The country irritates the hell out of me. You don't give an enabling environment for anything. You don't create jobs for teeming youths. You don't provide infrastructure or the basics that allow a healthy economy thrive. Yet if the enterprising and creative youths 'kwechiri' to create wealth for themselves, you get offended and seek all ways to block their progress. And yet the bastard masses would continue to vote for or support very useless idiots into power merely because of tribal sentiments and whatnot.

They are all mad. And will reap the benefits of their madness.
