Ok thanks. Was wondering how home office found out too until I saw someone mentioned that the employer informed Home office. That’s crazy. Did the person refused to take more hours?

I have also responded to your email. Thanks again.

Schoolhike:

Minimum hours to be sponsored is 37 or 37.5hrs I guess. So, if you’ve been working less than that you ain’t meeting the HO requirements. But there are some exemptions shaa (like sickness, maternity, strike action etc)

What’s your view or take on this ?

This is also obtainable in the UK.

https://childprotection.rcpch.ac.uk/resources/safeguarding-guidance-for-children-and-young-people-under-18-accessing-early-medical-abortion-services/

I would argue that some 15yr olds are wise beyond their ages.
If a Healthcare provider assesses them as being able to consent I.e Gillick competent , they can get early medical abortion services without parental consent.
They are encouraged to tell an adult so that they can be supported at home after the procedure, however.

Didn’t get the email .

My own opinion on the whole saga is owner trying to save face, reported all staffs with less hours to avoid HO getting to know about workers with less hours by themselves, to avoid terminating its licence

Personally I feel like if people want to come ask for information under the guise of “my friend” , “my bro”, it shouldn’t be a problem.

After all, we see when people use ad-hominem attacks and other personal digs at people based on their past posts just because they don’t agree on a topic.

Most times, you don’t even have an answer to their question, you just want to specifically pick on the “my friend”, “my bro” part of the quote.

Knowing who a particular question is about, doesn’t remove or add anything to the quality of the response they get, so I don’t understand the fixation. 🥴

But I ve been pickpocketed , had a bad debtor etc these were all things that brought me into contact with the "system".

Yea, it's trash. I ll leave the discussion on who trashed it to another day

Went to pick a relative at the airport late last year waited almost 1hr before she came out and a couple of days ago, went to pick another relative at the same airport, waited almost 1hr before she also shows up, was marvelled with the huge drop in number of folks trooping put of the international arrival.

I think you should seek help too..... Someone asked a question how to pass NHS interview......

What you failed to realise is, NHS employs from all sectors...... How would OP get a response, if question is not streamlined........

Educate yourself on PLAB, not everyone requires PLAB...... 😁

You cannot put in the same preparation for an interview as a nurse and do same for a data analyst role or a cleaner role.......

So you see, you also need to seek help....... 😁😊

Go back and read. I'm the OP. Are you sure you don't need help? Speak to a therapist because you are loosing it. Or your wife kicked you out already?

I've been wondering myself but this here makes sense. It's also possible he's been hearing rumours about some employees conceiving thoughts of reporting him if they don't get more hours so he just helped them out 😁

As the Rwanda asylum scheme will soon take effect, asylum seekers when they get to Rwanda should pray and hope that their applications are approved because if the application is denied, they won't come back, they either go to their home country or remain in Rwanda.

Tried the small claims court . Happily just sending the debtor a notice of the filing caused them to pay up.

It's taking them 5 years to arraign people for serious crimes. Not to talk of small money. 10 years na im you go see
