helinues: Bros, I had lived in Johannesburg and did travel to Cape Town from time to time. These cities beat Lagos by far ... even from appearance. Is it skyscrapers, infrastructure, presence of multinational companies etc? I don't know much about Cairo but Lagos can never overtake Johannesburg & Cape Town. It's not possible. That feel good propaganda from the LASG is laughable . 3 Likes 1 Share |

So,who FIJ,de help, sef? I just don't understand why some People can't leave and let live! Soon , elections will come, and they will be galvanising from one area of Lagos to another - to claim Double - Voting, even including Diaspora! Questions is - how did Diasporas came to vote in Lagos and other States? How did they qué and get Voters Cards? Lots of questions yet to be Answered by INEC! |

Lagos is richer than most countries in the world. At least more than 25 countries, including Haiti and Seychelles. |

Truly, the devaluation would have affected the GDP of Lagos compared to other Africa nations who were below Lagos before but the problem with FIJ is that they didn't provide any proof. Until then,we are still with the commissioner. 1 Like |

vanbonattel: You were so pained to see Lagos being listed among top 7 economy in Africa. Thats why you have to so poor your mind out like you are ejaculating when you saw the post that disputed the earlier claim about Lagos. First, you drag the Yoruba tribe into it to portray that all Yorubas are chest beaters. Unfortunately, you refused to note that the reporter of the post that made you so euphoric to the point of ejaculation is also a Yoruba man. So in a way, a Yoruba man made a claim while another Yoruba man disputed the claim but you are too myopic to see that. You still chose to drag all of them together. Anyway, na wetin unna wan hear and see na him unna dey hear and see, not what need to be heard and seen. To the topic itself, both you and the reporter faced backyard in your analysis and assessment of the matter. The reporter gave us figures for African countries while the commissioner referred to Lagos state. If you and the reporter had been able to do justice to the issue, you should be mentioning states in Africa with figures that show your claim and counterclaims, not country. One state in a country might actually be doing better than states from other countries. However if that state is the only stand out state among other states in its country while other individual countries have more states still doing much fine compared the country of one-stand out state, then the success of the one state might not be able to project it's country better than those other countries with more states doing fine. It's so simple but your quack reporter is not able to better analyse the commissioner's claim. I qualify to be a journalist while I also work in a company that does a lot of figure analysis. |
