Davido's boy should go and sit down. What do you mean by selective prosecution? Bello is a local and senseless thief. Man terrorised the whole state for 8 years, milked it dry, appointed state high court judges who go about issuing kangaroo ex-parte orders in a bid to protect him from the law. If you are not from kogi state, please don't sit down in the comfort of your home and open your loud mouth simply because you can talk. 39 Likes |

Dele Momodu has never been for the people. Majority of those he featured on Ovation Magazine then were the corrupt and those whose wealth was questionable. As usual, he will defend his friends and clients. 50 Likes 1 Share |

Why would the EFCC chairman consider resigning if the former governor of Kogi State isn't prosecuted via media? Watching this unfold, it's becoming evident that little substance will come from the case. 2 Likes |

He spoke well 👏. EFCC Chairman's comments showed some level of bias and showed too much emotions as a professional. He is taking it very personal. No doubt Yeye Bello is a criminal and deserves jail time 8 Likes |

This should be a lesson to all. Keep doing what you do because you can never satisfy your fellow humans. If it were members of the opposition being prosecuted this way, these crops of alatenuje who have benefited from the rot of our society will wail. Now that they are members of the ruling party, they are wailing still. They just cannot stand anyone challenging the status quo. What we see in broad day light is corruption supporting corruption. More attack on the agency to come. 3 Likes 1 Share |

This is an honest talk from Dele. Though Yahaya Bello did a lot of negative things during his tenure, but then the rule of law must be followed. When the list of 58 governors who looted 2.8 trillions over the years was released name of Yahaya Bello was on no 2 line. Peter Obi name was not there. I wonder why these jobless People on NL will call Peter Obi Pandora and a scammer. The Koko questions is why has EFCC refused bringing all these governors to book but only interested in Yahaya Bello's case. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

123yes: Even if EFCC starts with Buhari or Tinubu himself, you will still complain. I've seen this a lot over the years and can't be surprised anymore. What is wrong with starting is Bello? What about the other former governors who have been invited or even arrested by EFCC. Some of you just want a Banana Republic so that you can wake up having something to wail about. 7 Likes 1 Share |

You read some comments and understand why the country is the way it is... people leaving the substance that an ex-governor stupendously enriched himself and his immediate family cycle to the detriment of the Kogi State and her citizens. But all u hear is that ehnnnn, he did it in 2021, 2022? The EFCC Chair is bias, U hear its a witch hunt, someone even said YB is a smart guy (imagine that).. etc What have you said to the criminal who's evading being questioned? 14 Likes |

God, why do we have men of zero integrity like Dele Momodu in the limelight of Nigeria, whose opinions some undiscerning Nigerians may count on to form their understanding of the polity. This is a calculated attempt at undermining the EFCC, by impeding cause of justice. Dele, I won't curse or insult you, but God will judge you and your likes, who are hellbent at ensuring that Nigeria remain in dark age. 4 Likes |

When I see the islamic dollar babariga thief whose religion is against the US and west but he is stuffing the currency of who they hate into his babariga, when he is in kirirkiri or kuje I will know Nigeria is serious. Once you quote me anyhow, prophet Mohammed will collect stray bullet, if not na either your papa or mama because to me Peter Obi and Nnamdi Kanu Makes More sense and is more useful to this earth than the fake arse prophet Mohammed. 3 Likes |

coolcharm:what he said is actually the bitter truth.By the standard efcc have bn following political cases by being selective, another administration will now come and will tell the EFCC chairman to pause on Bello case and that is what the EFCC had bn doing and are unable to prosecute most of it cases against former governors to logical conclusion. most of the time , the cases they prosecute depend on the president calling the shot and it shouldn't be like that.we read here on nairaland just yesterday as alleged how former governors had stolen to the tune of 2trillion and most are still walking free.like yahaya Bello is the new guy added to the list. |

Uncle Dele Momodu is right on this. 👍 EFCC ought to have Investigated and Prosecute that CRIMINAL APC Chairman Umar Ganduje before going for any past Governors. But Tinibu is Shielding him as his Corrupt Partner, but wants to DECEIVE his Gullible supporters that he is Fighting corruption. 1 Like |
