Spouse come in verification stage
Birth and marriage certificate, passport copy
AI german (or bsc could suffice according to latest updates )

And yea you need to verify them. Legalization is based on demand.

Good evening all, please Graz University of Technology application opens next month till September 5th, and they require documents to be sent to them via postmail not email and the documents has to be authenticated at MOE/MOFA and legalized at Austrian Embassy.

I have done my MOE/MOFA authentication already, but my verification/legalization appointment date is August, is it advisable to send the authenticated documents for application still...I am applying for Software Engineering and Management.

Additionally, please which couriers do you advise to use to send the documents ASAP, thanks.

Apply to as many schools as possible using good Motivation statements. The schools will assess and let you know.

What the school need is your verified legalized documents from Austrian Embassy. Don't send wrong documents and be stuck

You can get eligibility letter from the Ministry of Education but I don't know the cost.

Please who has done authentication of BSc. cert and transcript after this new requirements? Do I need to scan my original transcript and BSc. cert, forward it to my school via email (to verify its authenticity) while copying the MOE in the mail before I can go to the MOE with them? Please, someone should put me through 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

If you meet the criteria to get admission from the school.

Send an email to the admin in charge of your course in the school and ask them any questions you have. Also prepare to send your documents to Klagenfurt.

There's no particular time to look for appointment just keep on checking the portal you might be lucky

not sure Chief. They mostly release at night during certain times . So checking “anytime” is not ideal
