Don't take those who believed Buhari was cloned or Kanu a wannabe terrorist would get them utopia Biafra serious.
IPOB cannibals and obirodent miscreants just love the victim mentality and inferiority complex.
I was at this beach and I can authoritative inform you no landmark building was demolished, you can as well visit the place.
Igbos have been doing this from time immemorial, paint any policy initiated in South West as anti igbo or claim they are deliberately targeted. They are doing this to blackmail their masters the Yorubas to dance to their tunes, paint Yorubas as bad people and score cheap political points.
It's only unwise people who falls for such outdated antics

They started as a hotel and later the owner open up the back to access the beach. This was said by David Umahi when he visited the site.

When you see comments like this you will know many igbos don't think rationally but allow emotions overwhelm them. See this one asking a beachfront business to relocate to Enugu.
Not even to PH that has beach o

May happiness be say the whole world dey see their stupidity

His business is recreation and hospitality and yes it can be opened anywhere. He reopened it in Lagos without beachfront and same can be done or even better in any other place so those guys weren't wrong. There are lots of yoruba people in the comment spewing hate and bigotry but you choose to attack two igbo guys asking him the open similar business in Igbo land. You people are blinded by hate.

Visit the place to confirm if landmark buildings were destroyed. I was there to confirm, instead of crying ethnic victimisation and inferiority complex like your fellow IPOB cannibals and obirodent miscreants.

Did it affect his business radically? Yes

Is he trying to use the remaining building to stay afloat and not loose a $200m investment? Yes.

Did he refund customers already? Yes.

The bulldozers that demolished the beachfront property nko?

Sweetphronesis:
There was an uproar from public figures such as Rufai Oseni, Ohaneze, Maryanne Moghalu and Peter Obi. With many Nigerians stating the business was demolished for tribal reasons.

I should visit the building?

Okay, when you visited, no building was demolished? The resort was not demolished? The basketball court? The football court? The relaxation center?

And come to think of it? Are you really that daft? If his business wouldn't have Ben affected do you think he will be sad that a road is being built that can bring people right to his doorstep?

Glad to know he’s back to business. The government only took the shorelines. I really hope this coastal road project gets completed at the stipulated time as planned (because the fear of many is that it might be abandoned along the line like other previous projects).

If completed, It will also be an economic boast to the coastal towns around those areas where the road will pass through. I’m not a fan of APC or Tinubu but I support this project.

Name any long road projects in Nigeria that was completed by any administration that initiated it? Do you know how it took to complete the 3rd mainland bridge? It's better the construction start now,if not completed, another administration will complete it. The coastal road is here to stay. We must start now.

Their case has already turned to the wolf boy who was misleading his community people by always crying wolf appearance when in reality, he was just catching fun, the day the wolf actually visited, people didn't care because they thought it was as usual wolf crying.
I use to live a couple of block from a warehouse.
One morning, I could hear people fighting, "If somebody no come safe Yahaya from my hand now now, I go break him head o!" "Yeee! I don break Yahaya head ooo see blood for ground!"
At that point, me and a friend quickly ran into the compound to separate the fight.
The sight that greeted us was somehow...
Hilarious!
The so-called Yahaya that was supposed to be in a pool of his blood was actually the one atop the alarmist doing all the damage! Yahaya was busy circulating blow all over our loud friend face!
We quickly separated the warring party and this is where the drama became even more entertaining...
Our loud friend was really angry with us - in his words, "oh! You for no separate us make I finish am!" "I already hold him ball for my hand like this... remain make I just crush the ball make he die!"
I bet you already know where the loud friend hailed from? Never you take whatever these guys say seriously until you confirm for yourself.

Go to badagry, all the beaches there did the government approve the beach front?

When the government approves a beach don't they know that the front of the ocean is what should be used as beach? Are they that daft?

Why did Tinibu changed the original plan for this road? Which country builds road on the beach?

Stop it. He has only a few customers who were affected by the demolition. As he has refunded them, he himself has been/will be compensated. The disruption to his business is less than 20%, unfortunately after having given the impression that the entire place was brought down, he now has to fight to get back customers who believe the place is down. Paul Onwuanibe is a great guy but I don't know why he decided to play this script.

Also, he himself has said the investment is a 100m thing so why are you still peddling that imaginary 200m figure? Do you see that you're the one with an agenda?
