When I heard the story that people are paying up to 250k to shelter under the bridge, I smell a lie being told by the demolition officials to make it look like squatters deliberately choose to live under the bridge as they're not that poor to get accommodation in a decent part of the city. I don't see anyone in his or her right sense will pay such an amount for rent in a makeshift apartment right under a bridge
