It's really not 50K on 10M, it's more 50K on the profit you'd make moving 10M for whatever purposes, so say your profit on a particular business is 10%, which comes to 1M, you're in fact paying 5% on the 1M you just made, and more often than not, you won't have made that 1M instantly simply by moving that original 10M, you'd make the 1M over the course of say 3-4 months, depending on how fast you move inventory. God now help you if your reason for moving the money wasn't necessarily for a profit-making venture.

There still needs to be a lot of communication on how the charges would be applied, and what sort of transactions...hopefully that is made clear in the coming days.
