In an ideal society, a senator doesn't receive what we call constituency allowance in Nigeria. But then, some things are better not announced. That means he used his hard-earned money to repair it. Well, that's just a small bridge. The man should have replaced the entire wood with rods since he wanted to cut the construction cost. |
