A child of 1yr 3 months left wandering around.
A child can have candida. But it is not sexually transmitted. Candida is yeast infection.
It can come as nappy rash or candida of the mouth.
A candida can cause rashes on a child cause of hot and humid weather too.
Adults have yeast infections always mistaken as std.
Adult yeast infection occurs mostly when we eat too much sugary cum carbohydrate and no good probiotic to cleanse the gut so the pH balance is altered and this affects all the orifices.

Personal cleanliness can take care of that boy. The environment is too dirty for him and the weather is humid.
Educate the mum on personal cleanliness as well as her environment not sending people to monitor her.
Mum sent back to village. What is she doing to earn money?
Baby looks good, from tge picture except the rashes
Most of what was written up there is emotional from a scorned ex. Judge will throw that out.

If you get custody of the child, pray tell us if you are ready to buy milk as he will be forcefully weaned off breastmilk
Who will take care of him 247?
How much were you giving the mum for upkeep monthly?.

Is jock itch and candidiasis

Jock itch and Candidiasis aren’t STDs or are they?
Mr SmartDoctor. I’m sure no licensed Doctor made that diagnosis.

You should only increase her allowance so she affords more diapers for your son to get more frequent diaper change. And advise her on proper hygiene for the baby. That’s all.

All of you are confused, what is a 1yr & 3mth old child doing in the first place still being breastfed?

My sister's boy was weaned off breastmilk at exactly 1month due to medical issues that almost took the mom's life. We've previously raised 2 gals (now 17yrs & 18yrs) and currently raising a 3mth old healthy boy that were all skipped from breastmilk for some other reason.

The point is and question remains, even if this said child was on exclusive breastmilk for 6months, what, how and why at 15 months are they still being breastfed?!

Good evening guys, please I need an urgent legal advisors in the forum to assist my cousin brother.
He had divorced and sent her wife back to the village for the past six months ago.

But the court asked him to be paying a certain amount of money monthly for the child's wellbeing which he has been doing.

But unfortunately the effect of the money has never been significant by looking at the physical appearance of the child.

He always sends relatives to check on the child of which several reports have reached him about how the boy is always been abandoned to be wandering about alone while the mother will be hanging out with friends.

What strucked him to his nerves was the recent report about the child been seriously sick and rumours that the mother now deals with several sexual partners while still breastfeeding the child....
He travelled from Abuja immediately to his hometown to retrieve the boy via court order but unfortunately the court denied him because the baby is believed to be too young at 1 year and 3 months old.

Now that the court had adjourned the case till 28th this month, he however decided to stay put in his hometown to treat the baby. The baby was taken to the hospital. the doctor took off his clothes and to our greatest suprise, the child's body looks so rough, rashes and boils all over her armpit down to his genital region.

Laboratory test was carried out and the report showed that the child have sexually transmitted infections. Fungi infection (,jock itch) and candidiasis.

All these evidences have been push to the judge phone and what we are afraid of, is the possibility of the judge cautioning her to take care of the child and allow her to continue taking the child's custody.
Can he take the child forcefully after having all these evidences against the mother?

Divorce isn't the end of the world, shit happens life goes on.

Now isn't the time to put blame on yourself nor your ex, move on with your life.

A man's best revenge after a divorce or overcoming a divorce is three things namely
1. mental stability (think positively and nurture your mind with positive quotes, books and individuals)
2. Pursue financial freedom work hard and smart increase your wealth, invest, save and plan, having money is a defense.
3. Take good care of your body, eat well and right, exercise your body, be in shape, dress well, wear good cologne, look neat and shape, remember divorce or not, married or not, father or not, life must go on.

Now that your baby is with the mother, what will you do?

Simple, as difficult as this might sound remove your emotions from that your baby and at worst hid it from the notice of your ex. Because women will use kids in a divorce especially if it was a bitter one to torment their kids father.

If she notice you are showing emotions like fighting for custody with her, she will torment you with that child.

Send only upkeep for the child, keep record, create an internal Mechanism of checking up on your child without the mother noticing. Don't call her to ask about the baby, lock up. Give her the no contact rule, at best only respond to a message from a third party if necessary.

Open an account for your child make her an assess to withdraw from it but put a withdrawal limit. Ignore her messages or tantrums DONT RESPOND.

Gather sufficient evidence if you feel you have a chance, you can even send someone to plant hard drugs in a place and frame her up, all in a bid to get your baby.

Note: No man can win a woman in a custody battle because the system supports them, the earlier you withdraw your affection and attention (don't neglect upkeep and schooling allowances) and focus on yourself the better.

You are not just fighting custody battle against her, your are fighting the government, the court, and judge they will be biase.

Best advice withdraw your affection and attention and live your life, in the fullness of time that child will look for your no matter the amount of lies. And when that child comes to know you, don't even give opinion on the mother treat the child as your blood.

You are a f000l, I don't know why you should call me names, instead of dropping your own contributions. Go back and read my comment, if you still cannot get the point, then something is definitely wrong with you. Why is he monitoring his ex wife and her relationship(s)? His child's mother is fairing badly, he refuses to help, yet all he does is send people to monitor her and give reports. Does he expect those people to bring back good reports? He will also remarry or date, and I am very sure when he remarries, the child's fate will be worse off in the hands of a step mother. He can always attend to the child's medical care, while the child remains with the mother.

Na you be one person wey keep sentiments aside and read this his message well.

Which everway, it shows carelessness from the parent and that parent is not fit to take care of a child. Mind you the child is just 15 months old.

YES it is unfortunate that such young child caught a disease, but its not uncommon and carelessness is not a crime. you are not a bad parent if your child gets ill and/or if your child gets hurt while in your care
now here is the important point: unless you have concrete proof that the mother is abusing the child (or whatever), you have no right to accuse anyone of anything (because what you are doing is a crime in Nigeria). that child could have caught that STI in various ways (unrelated to the mother)... it could be the babysitter, it could be the neighbors, it could be the family etc

remember: taking a child from its mother is the last thing you wanna do, and therefore you must make sure that your accusations are 110% true (aka with concrete proof that mother is directly responsible for that)

The boy is still very young quite alright, but with a good lawyer you can win the case with this evidence and provided you have a significant and well trusted someone who can take care of the baby very well.

The mother is very careless. Guys should stop jumping into marriage for one useless reason or the other. Don't just choose a wife, choose a good mother for your child please.

When you people say good lawyer, what do you mean? What argument would your good lawyer make which this lawyer did not do?

Are you not now partaking in the destruction and corruption of the judiciary?

According to the opp, the child is 1 year three months, who breastfeed a normal child to that length??

sadly thats a question for another thread.... IMHO after 3 months, no child should continue being breastfed but there are mothers out there who think otherwise (especially broke women, since breastmilk is free).
many women dont want to get rid of that bound that they have with a breastfeeding child... and BREASFEEDING A CHILD FOR TOO LONG IS NOT A CRIME/ABUSE... is it?

All these diseases were gotten from the mother breast feeding the child, that is one concrete evidence you have, but before you use it talk to your ex wife to let you take the baby also promise her that the child support you give to her will not stop and also promise to increase it for her. All this is just to please her to let you take the baby

Why are some of you like this?

You have evidence of all you mentioned and you are here asking how can the child be retrieved?

Take that child and depart to unknown base, knowing how irresponsible she is, it will surprise you she will not even ask of the child.

Kids should never suffer the actions of their parents

From her. She saved several numbers on her phone with "my brother 1, my brother 2 and so on." But her husband found out when he picked her call at night when she went out without her phone and one of the numbers with my brother called. The first word from the caller was " baby boo check your WhatsApp " then the husband now waited for her to come and unlock the phone to read the said WhatsApp message. Behold! and there were so many sexting across her chat contacts

Your friend divorced her too soon, he should have waited a bit longer to allow the baby to grow a little.
If the court thing fails, he should try to reason with the mother and reach agreement with her. I mean that he should promise her some kind of monthly monetary assistance if she allows him to go with the baby.

Despite the child being his, a case of kidnapping would be found against him apart from an existing court case on the matter that is yet to be decided.

Do you recall the case of when they wanted to sneak out Imade out of the country? Why do you think they couldn't continue so when Sophia brought the case to law enforcement.

taking a child from a breastfeeding mother is never ideal but if the safety of the child is in jeopardy, then no judge will refuse to take the child away from reckless mother.... the issue is that you need CONCRETE PROOF to show that the state of the child is a direct result of the mother's actions, and not that the child is just catching common sickness (like any other child would at such age)
STI is enough proof, how can a child contact STI

The medical reports are the very good evidence that your friend need to tender at the court to prove that the child is not in safe hands with his mother. Tell the magistrate how perverted the mom is and how she almost killed the child with STD and that all the money you have been sending are not spent on the welfare of the child, tell the court that you have relatives who can help you take proper care of your child and that for the sake of the life of your baby.
