In these foreign countries, to get a doctor's appointment is hard and also to finally get treated for certain major health issues takes a lot queue.

That's why Ekweremadu exported that boy out of Nigeria to harvest his organs. This also explains why organ harvesting is very lucrative till today.

It's easier to get a kidney transplant in Nigeria than overseas. Ask Nigerians overseas, they will tell you how many of them come to Nigeria to receive treatment and return to their base.
