I don't think the room itself is the issue, the issue really is with the occupants...

Why would I live in such and environment.
If you put me in that room, that environment will never be like that, the floor would be neatly swept, chairs well arranged, the bed will be neatly dressed, tables would clean.
That wardop just needs a nail or two keeping that place neat is not the responsibility of the school
