I'm extremely disappointed with the Bolt app in Jos. Despite being online for almost 3 hours, I haven't received a single order. I even tried ordering a ride for myself using the user app to test if the app was working, and it is. However, it seems that the demand in Jos is very low, and it's a waste compared to Lagos, where drivers start receiving orders within 24 hours. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I’ll still fault the app companies and the kind of mindset they’ve given the riders. Indrive has made it so easy that you don’t have to start your trip and no lateness. I don’t even disturb myself to arrive till I get to destination. At slight werey, I’ll cancel trip and let’s go on a personal ride.

Pearl hope all is well?

I dey baba...I travelled. Took a break. Am back online.

In fact, one of your colleague is currently on vacation outside the country as I speak.

It's not about the business; it's about the individual's mindset and skillset.

It could be as a result of low Order or request or negative balance.

Baba, I am in my mid 40's now, which company would wanna employ someone of my age? Companies usually prefer younger people with energy and fresh brain. The ones in my age with experience are employed based on referrals and connections.

Moreover, there are no jobs in Nigeria. The little ones left are for those with connection. I don't have any connection. So 9 to 5 is out of the way for me!

Never say never Bro...
If its something u want, then build your Linkedin profile, rewrite ur CV, go to new buildings/structures, ask around, tell friends, church members and old colleagues. Go to offices and drop ur CV. And dont ignore strange calls/numbers. Recruiters still call for interviews without referrals or padi padi. Provided u r good at your profession, u might be lucky to get a job.
Save money, some govt jobs come with a price. When preparation meets opportunity na luck dem dey call am.

You keep painting a rosy picture of real estate which is far from reality. First, tenants will not always pay. Some will even drag you to court and waste your time and money. Everytime a tenant leaves, you spend half the rent you receive to renovate the house. There's no guarantee you'll sell the house for profit if you decide to.

That's assuming the lagos state commissioner does not demolish your house before you sell.

Also, you left out fixed income securities. People are just waiting for the DMO to issue long term bonds at current rates so they can lock in.

If you buy a 25 year bond with 50m at around 20%, it will be worth 6.5bn naira at maturity if interests are reinvested and compunded. That's a risk free 13,000% ROR. Goodluck getting it from real estate.

Mbok in Tinubu’s Nigeria or Goodluck Jonathan ?
Immediately Buhari entered buying of bonds became worse than fixed deposit.
Unless this present Govt reversed the policy of not na no go area

I saw Barbi's post and I purposely ignored it even though it buttressed what I've always said about you not having a job with the FG but an appointment under your thìefing godmothér. Although you have never denied it since I shut you up and you couldn't explain how a FG employee will lose his job over change of government even when the agency/ministry is not scrapped.

That being said, it seems you guys have míssed having pẹace here and would not call this dẹpresséd orphàn to order.

I have let peace reign here but that dọesn't mean I won't hesitáte to redirect some peọ̀ple's bráin to factory rẹ̀set because I've never seen how someone who chose 2 miseràble mọ̀thers in one lifétimẹ will still be able to find trọublé.

Avoid third mainland bridge. Island to mainland. 96.1 fm.
Serious traffic due to a bus that was on fire earlier on but the fire has been contained.

This is the current rate for three year savings bond.

Your 50m with interests reinvested and compounded will give you 91m+ after three years.

And it is "risk free".

Thanks for your response sir, one more thing, my monthly earning breakdown shows I have 25600 for the month of April, please how do I get claim it

Okay nice. I'm glad your support and faith is unwavering cheesy

Remember when I busted you in the travel section last year? You were asking if N13m would have been enough for you to japa to eldorado, now today how much do you think it would cost? how much did you have saved up back then and how much is left of that your savings today?

Food for thought undecided good morning cool

It has been added to your total balance with Bolt. I am sure u dont pay in to Bolt as much commission as u incure. This Rider discounts, together with cash trips and Bonuses is what they use to get back their 25% commission on all the cash u have received.
