My Experience Getting My NIN In Poland by Lightmykpoli: 1:46pm On May 09
Sometimes being Nigerian makes me happy and today is one of those days.

I decided to finally get my NIN so I went online and I went to the first address I saw there that does it. When I got to the location, I was told that the Nigerian embassy/government left the building more than four years ago.

I got angry and went to the Nigerian with vex.

Why won't the federal government update the nimc.gov.ng website. One of the addresses should not be there and I'm not the first Nigerian going there as the security guard of the building told me that many Nigerians come there and he doesn't know why the website has the address. How hard is it to edit and remove the old address that is not being used. I'm sure one government officials is collecting big money for "website maintenance".

I decided to go to the Nigerian embassy.

I got to the Nigerian embassy and I was happy to see the Nigerian flag. I met an official who gave me the second address that was on the NIN website. It's about an hour from where I live and that's probably why I overlooked it. The embassy official was really welcoming and told me to go there and that I should get my NIN the same day. But I was tired so decided to go the next day. Nigerian embassy staff in Poland are always so friendly to Nigerians but they were not to my wife when she applied for a Nigerian visa and they rejected her visa application twice but this was years ago. Either way well done to the entire staff of the Nigerian embassy Poland.

I got to the NIN registration centre which is a Nigerian shop. I met a Nigerian man there who told me that I can only walk in to register on Mondays without an appointment but other days I have to call to book an appointment because the person who does it has other things to do. Fair enough, I completely understood this. He told me to call the person which I did. He was a nice gentleman who asked if I could wait for an hour or come within an hour that he can assist in doing it so I decided to wait and have a chat with the first Nigerian I met in the shop. We talked and gisted while he attended to customers. Again it was nice talking to him, be was friendly and mature so we had grown up talks about life until the NIN representative came. Not to forget, I also went outside to smoke some vape and saw a gay pride flag on someone's window, don't try this in Nigeria. I took some photos of the area as well.

The NIN rep told me it would cost a certain amount of money which I won't disclose. I didn't try to negotiate, no be Nigeria. While I was registering, someone called and he said the same price to the person.

The NIN was another gentleman and the registration was smooth. I got my NIN within minutes.

I was happy that they did not give me stress and the customer service was on point. If you are ever in Poland, patronize the shop, they sell almost everything a Nigerian would need that's not available in the Polish stores. I bought palm oil because I don't have any at home.

Poland is quite alright. There are part time jobs for students or people who want to make money from a second job.

Oh..

There's a flag now... Another color might join it when pedophiles join the queer movement...

Don't know much about Poland except that Germany invaded them to Kickstart WW 2...

Do they speak English? Are the people friendly? Which jobs are available?

By the way, I sight an LGBT flag on a window....that speaks volumes on its own.
