(1) by presenting bills to the present 27 HOA Fubara himself has recognized and further legitimized their function
(2) in an event where he tried to interfer with the 27 HOA lawmakers functions, The National Assembly with APC Majority will take the functions of Rivers HOA lawmakers, and with simple Majority of the National Assembly Members of the APC they will serve Fubara a Notice of impeachment
(3) The CJN will take over the function of the state Chief Judge and set up a panel...and of course, the panelist are going to be APC loyalist

he won't be impeached . Those lawmakers are occupying that seat illegally. If it's good for plateau lawmakers then it should also be good for rivers

Well, lemme help u out; the governor isn`t trying to impeach the lawmakers cos he has no such powers but the reality is that those 27 guys are no longer members of the state assembly by virtue of what the constitution says regarding defection of lawmakers. As it stands now the reality is that their seats are vacant, so the governor is simply stating the obvious and not trying to impeach anybody.
Are you sure you aren't a child that's just fortunate to have an Android phone? Because I don't expect an adult to talk base on sentiment rather on fact and what the law says. In case you cares, they're still legislators and have veto power to as the law says until a competent court of law rules against them and say otherwise. It is only a court that can declared their site vacant and governor of a state or just few individuals who doesn't have numbers on their side. Why not just sit back, relax and watch how it unfold rather than acting like one who doesn't go to school
