that guy is a disappointment. I cringe when I find out I am breathing the same oxygen with people like that. At least buhari can read and also write. I don't think a stark illiterate possess any of both qualities.

Futhermore,Buhari was a general. No soldier can achieve that rank with just a waec certificate which means buhari had some form of "education".

A stark illiterate can neither read nor write. When you're chosen as a leader,you must routinely address people and since most of their speech are written,it's imperative that you must be a literate.

I still maintain my stance that there's no nigerian leader in any major role who is a STARK ILLITERATE.
