That's not true. They respond to emails.

Its more than 9 years now.

MTN has become a nightmare.
Imagine a new line that I bought.
Each time somebody call the line it will says network busy.
Their internet so frustrating.
I don't know if bad economy also affect them or the just want to do collabo with FG to frustrate Nigerians.

I spoke to them and actually interact with them via email always. Challenge is those fuckers have no refunded my 20k and have not even credited my sim to make calls. Will just stick with Airtel that provides credit when I recharge without issues.

Glo has improved tremendously.
They are far more reliable than airtel and even better than mtn in some Metropolis in edo state.

They have turned to fraudsters, I bought airtime via access bank. Bank debited me and sent the airtime. I used it to subscribe for data, mtn debited me without sending the data. I have been calling 300 for days now and it will never connect. At times they just wipe my airtime or data and u cannot call police for them. It's a mess!

I did. The guy seemed highly untrained. Terrible.

NCC can't talk to them again, because of the very NCC Top has joined them in their administration.

I noticed that their call centre was no longer answering calls; but their X handle (@MTN180) always comes to the rescue, though they might take some time to respond.

Unfortunately for you, I do. Mails get parsed into the ticketing system and tickets get assigned to agents (or picked by agents, based on internal policies). What happens after that is the issue. Agents often do not respect the SLA.

Once they pick your call, dial 1,1,1,2,5,0
Leaving 2 seconds intervals between them..

All our communication is transmitted through a series of telecom masts.
The masts are powered either by solar panels or diesel generators
And security men have to watch over the equipment.
It's possible that with high cost of fuel, some masts don't have power and are offline.
Leading to low network. .
In some places, abero boys have damaged the equipment.
Each network has their own mast.
I'm not sure if all the networks can share same mast.

Go to their website and look for one of their branches probably the one closer to you, call the customer care nos of that branch, they will respond

Crazy, I called one last week to complain about they were asking too many questions because I wanted to renew my data, she was sleeping on the phone, I know what I wanted, stop offering another data package for more money
