The person that answered referred me to another person and the other gave me a number to call which hasn't connected since then.

This is actually true and they respond fairly timely. I still made a complaint yesterday on X and it was resolved....

MTN network is terrible ds days...I feel like breaking the sim, bt no other options. I can't even call, pple can't call me, to check balance na war unless I move around. And it wasn't like ds before like 2 weeks back

MTN has become a nightmare.
Imagine a new line that I bought.
Each time somebody call the line it will says network busy.
Their internet so frustrating.
I don't know if bad economy also affect them or the just want to do collabo with FG to frustrate Nigerians.

Most of their New simcards are automatically placed on "call forwarding" You sim is one of them, Dial ##002# to cancel it.
