The Ringroad project is a massive project that is currently ongoing around PH metropolis. That guy has also empowered those working for him who hasn't been promoted for more than 10years . The whole workforce of the Rivers State Government never had promotions for more than 10 years and this guy did it in his first 5 months on office.... Irrespective of these issues things are still ongoing but he needs to do more though I love his human capacity development.
