The entire 150 billions budgeted for the development of South Africa will go for the intended budget while more than half of that of Nigerian will end up in private accounts which some of the Nigerian budget stolen will be taken to south Africa and other part of the world.
This is the reason why, by next year, south Africa utilisation will take south African budget to 200 billion for the development of South Africa while Nigerian budget might increase to 20 billion and 16 billion will be looted.

And again, have you bothered to compare Nigerian resources to that of south Africa?..no' is the answer I guess . because id you do, you will be asking yourself where is our resource going to?
