I checked that lady’s socials up. She’s named Niecy Nash and guess what ? She has 3 beautiful grown kids .

How did she suddenly end up being LGBTQ plus and minus ? How woman wey go through Labour 3 times take become gay ?

Shey na afterthought or something ?

Sometimes I pity the mental health of Nigerians living in western world sha . Because somehow in my quite time , these are the things I will be trying to rationalize that how will my female colleague after 3 kids will suddenly think she’s not attracted to men but women ? As in how ?
What of Kim’s father after nacking and having children
The werey remember his ancestors are female for shim to change sex
These people are messing with nature and it’s something that should be addressed but it’s a free world of madness

They're confused. A lot of them are honestly

They don't actually want the structure and the job description that entails being with a man

They want the D cos some itch even plastic cannot scratch and they want a kid they can mold and know will love them unconditionally whether they're blind or crazy. Extra child support money also helps

These ladies signed and were aware of risk in these surgeries
My thoughts too. They are even made to sign an informed consent form before surgery.

Normally surgery is a 50/50 situation
You either come out better or worse than the previous state

Maybe u are right doc ,I just feel when a life is lost due to professional negligence one year prison sentence with option of fine less than $100 is a slap on the wrist considering the gravity of the matter .

I guess the key takeaway from all of this is that let one be careful about some of these life changing decisions . The victim of the botch surgery is dead and gone now, she only left her family members with grieve that won’t leave them soon even with this so called “justice “ at the courts
only God knows how many who lost their lives as a result of doctors or nurses negligence and mistakes

The truth is that in most countries it is difficult to obtain a conviction in a criminal case for medical negligence. I do not know the specific details of this case but you will rarely see a doctor jailed for an error in treatment. The burden of proof is just too high, and practically every medical procedure carries the risk of life-changing or even life-ending complications.

The way most medical negligence cases go is that the medical council in that jurisdiction would likely suspend or cancel that doctors registration and take away the right to practice AND then the civil courts will impose compensatory and punitive damages.

Those two processes have a lower burden of proof. The criminal case almost never goes satisfactorily for the plaintiffs.
I agree with u that burden is too high when it comes to getting conviction for medical negligence even in the advanced world . But then, in a country like Nigeria steeper punishments should be meted out to doctors like this woman upon conviction.

I followed this case back then and I remember that shortly after FCPCC stepped in to shut down her clinic , some bloggers who were on her case actually reported that she was still taking bookings for surgery and she actually did carried out surgeries at her friends’ clinics while her clinic was shut down during investigation.

Imagine such level of disregard for the laws of the land. The bloggers had to keep shouting that it appears she has backings in higher places because how will u be in the news for medical negligence that led to death and u are still taking more surgery bookings illegally ?

For that fact alone , I feel the judge should’ve slammed her with a more severe sentencing terms

Someone once said women live their lives in themes and I agree. Especially in these modern times where the freedom is unlimited, at least in the West

I'm also fascinated by how they turn to LGBTQ for old age. Jay Z mama imagine make that kin arugbo ojo turn lesbian. Jay Z na her last born at least I remember December 4 on Black Album and nigga in his mid 50s

I'm not really bothered. Babes will always be loyal to their ever changing feelings. Learning not to put anything past them is the only way to guarantee your peace of mind.

Shey it's Shaq's ex after how many kids coming in public and saying she doesn't think she ever loved him.

It's possible that these babes don't actually like men they only want a baby out of you or they want your resources and provision.
I think I will agree with ur last paragraph . Probably some of these ladies just want the best out of the life of their initial partners before coming out in their true colors .

I understand that they sign before the surgery but if it is established that it is the doctor’s incompetence that led to their death, a doctor should not be asked to pay 100k and then move on with her life na .

100k will not even buy a top range tecno or infinix phone 🤦‍♂️

The family should lodge a civil suit. That is where the real punishment comes from. That and censorship by the medical council.

The first question that people should be asking is what did the medical council do about the case.

The second question is when is the civil case.

Unfortunately, I don’t think she broke the law by working in a different clinic as it was her clinic that was shut down not her as an individual.

I suspect that fine was codified during the days of Gowon and has not been reviewed since.

........Obiano stopped payment for Pilgrimage when he assumed power. Peter Obi paid for it throughout his tenure.

Addressing the state’s intending pilgrims in Awka, Mr. Okeke [Deputy Governor] said government’s decision was informed by the security situation in the country.

“We are truly sorry for not performing our usual sponsorship of intending pilgrims from our state; it is due to economic crunch; we appeal to people who can sponsor themselves to do so."

The reality of governing a religious nation that is now multireligious, you will lose goodwill and elections by doing basic common sense things

That's when making a law to stop use of loudspeakers in religious worship after 10pm will be seen as Islamization and making a law to stop people praying from blocking road traffic will be seen as oppression by Christian or pagan govt

That's why Akwa Ibom will rather build the largest cathedral instead of largest hospital and Sokoto will reply by subsidizing Hajj instead of investing in education

To rational people the decisions should be fairly easy but it will easily be turned into election campaign soundbites and the populace will rather you do things for God and Allah rather than for those people physically living in the states

Na why we dey see fierce protests when they hear someone insults God but no protest if half of the population are enslaved

One of the reasons Naija no get hope

Obi also made a donation of 5 million Naira and promised to sponsor 20 people from the crusade on pilgrimage to Israel and repair the road to the church which has been bad since Obi got into office. According to Obi, he said that he had attended the crusade for many years, which makes one to wonder why he has not seen the bad state of the road to repair it until just two weeks to the governorship election.

The deputy governor of Anambra State, Nkem Okeke, said on Tuesday that the state government currently lacked the financial resources to sponsor intending pilgrims from the state to the Jerusalem

“We are truly sorry for not performing our usual sponsorship of intending pilgrims from our state; it is due to economic crunch; we appeal to people who can sponsor themselves to do so.

“They can even sponsor those in their areas who have the willingness to visit the holy land but do not have the fund,” he said.
Earlier in his speech, a federal commissioner at the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission, NCPC, representing South-East zone, Zion Ibenenye, advised the intending pilgrims not to be deterred by the state government’s decision.

“The inability of the state to sponsor intending pilgrims should not deter those who sincerely wish to visit the holy land.

“The state government has, for years, sponsored pilgrims; I urge the people to reason with the government at this point,” Mr. Ibenenye, a reverend, said.
