newcastle is a smaller brand compared to Arsenal. Also City. . u can read the bbc article urself. goodnight
https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cgrjv9ydv31o

What are the 115 charges against Man City?
• 54x Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18.

• 14x Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18.

• 5x Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18.

• 7x Breaching Premier League's PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18.

• 35x Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 - Feb 2023.

In total, City have been charged with 115 breaches of Premier League regulations.

Not all of these breaches relate to financial issues. Thirty-five relate to the club's alleged failure to co-operate with the Premier League investigation from 2018 up until February 2023.

The financial allegations go back to 2009 and were highlighted in leaked material published by German newspaper Der Spiegel. City have always said these leaked emails were obtained illegally.

What do the 115 Man City charges mean?
Effectively the charges allege that Manchester City cheated.

We only have the information published in Der Spiegel to go on, but the charges identified allege that:

For nine years to 2017, the club did not provide accurate financial information about their revenue

That from 2009 to 2013, they didn’t give full details of how much they were paying their manager

From 2010 to 2016 they didn’t give full detail around payments to players

From 2013 to 2018 they didn’t comply with Uefa FFP regulations

From 2015 to 2018 they didn’t comply with the Premier League’s PSR rules

So you should know, Man City is richer than the EPL so if they (F.A) choose to waste their time by going ahead with the acclaimed 115 false charges, they will go bankrupt.

quickly:

Citys history is relegation and div 2 until UAE bought the club.

Man City is on the level of Burnley and Bournemouth if not for the Sheihk and thats why ppl dont regard them.
They could not win title organically like Man United Liverpool Arsenal, EVerton , etc

They bought the foundation that they are benefitting of.

They and Chelsea are the same. Chelsea sef get level past them.

Chelesea was in top 4 race b4 Abramovich but City was a relegation team, they will go up and go down.

UEFA was going to ban them from Champions league for Financial Fraud

So also Premier League and the matter still dey court.

the verdict will be relegation for City

West Ham scored but was cheated. Should have been 3-2
You are blind to see that his hand touches the ball? Even if it was 3-2 will it change the fact that Man City are still winners?

Person wey win 14 trophies in Spain for 4 years naim u say he no pocket the league? How many trophies did he win in his first 4 years in england . Remember EPL big teams play in 4 different tournaments compared to LA ligas 3. My point still remains that, I wanna see Pep in a moderate team for me to really respect him. Most reasonable fans think so as well

When pep was in Spain people like you that polish pebbles and darken diamonds said that "let him come to EPL,that stoke city will break all his player's legs."
People like you also told us how your granny in ogbomosho can coach Barca.

Pep won 14 trophies in 4 years but his exploits is more on the Continental Europe than in local Spain.
Unlike in England, even if he fumbles in the Continental Europe,he has EPL in his Pocket.
In La Liga,he won the league in 2008/2009,
2009/2010 Mou came in between, Pep didn't go on doing back to back treble as he has done in EPL.

I don't get these guys arguments really. So would they be happy if EPL was stripped from City and handed over to them, without doing all the hard work required to win a league? (By hard work, I mean winning the games you are required to win)
but that is the average English way of thinking.
They want to inherit others hard work.

U shd support a team for a reason, for example maybe a naija man has played for that club or OR u are from that area.

Oga calm down and stop attacking the man sentimentally. His points are very valid and It's not him that wrote the rules. Even though it seems highly unlikely that the EPL body will instigate this measure due to the stealth corruption around them, this is the appropriate punishment that would and should be metted on City if found wanted beyond every reasonable doubt. Something like this has happened before outside England to a major club I think Juventus were they were relegated for breaking certain rules so City isn't bigger than the rules without the usual corruption of course. Remove the usual coded corruption, if City is found guilty of these 115 or whatever breaches to the ffp, stripping them of several titles plus a possible relegation punishment during the period they were found wanting is the expected punishment that awaits them.. So calm down first, City isn't bigger than life now that they are very successfully. Time and chance is what everybody has to shine so let City enjoy it while it lasts. I am a Liverpool fan by the way, have been one for 22 years way before many of you knew City even existed..

Look who's talking. Pep Cleared all the trophies in Spain within 4 years. In his Career that has always been made easy coz, of the kind of clubs he goes to, he never finished outside the top 2(Both in Spain and Germany). He tasted his first 3rd position in England. First trophiless season was in England. When he finished 2nd in 2020, the gap was within the range of 15-20 points gap. He never witnessed that in Spain and Germany. Everton hammered him 4-0. His worst loss in any league.
