Fearurcreeator: Like others died abi? Abi the same way some others didn't get up. Say what is real and not stories that has not happened. Just for that alone, some boxers did not survive the count even why standing why some couldn't punch anymore but he fought well till the end and you are here telling us stories that are not real |

kpompey: The guy mentioned that in the comment and not that referee saved him, it was for the ref to make count as at the time he did because fury condition is the same with him on the ground if not for the rope. Boxing is not set to kill people, it is just a fight and entertainment. Go and watch some mike Tyson fight, you will see how ref make count when boxers are still standing 1 Like |

Fearurcreeator: If the guy does not have a belt, why forth him at the first place? It is boxing, there are fight you need to fight before reaching the belt holder. Ruiz nocked him down and there was a re match and it was a decision by the judges for AJ to win. The world wanted to see a 3rd fight apart from AJ crew and that was what I explained to you that the promoter were wise not to let the 3rd fight happen because it could tarnish their business with AJ if Ruiz nocked him down again which they know could happen |

OLAADEGBU: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hVcBKxXTXc It's finally done and dusted... The BIGGEST sporting news within the last few hours. NOW the boxing game gets more interesting just like back in the day when my main man "Iron Mike Tyson" ruled. |

Ibime: Did you know the second AJ fight was also a split decision which is much closer than this, probably u didn't even watch the match but wants to talk about it. Fury got ko'ed in the 9th rnd, he was saved by the referee and also got about 16-18 sec count. 1 Like 1 Share |

maestroferddi: AJ mindset has change in boxing since he lost to Ruiz, you can't see him fighting to die there like wilder Vs Fury fight and the one we just saw by Usyk. Usyk is a true talented boxer and very strong, if only the guy have a Tyson or holyfied power, the guy will be nocking out boxers before they get to the 3rd round. It will take a stronger power puncher like wilder punch to take that dude down or if he is caught unaware |

sonofthunder: If too are talking of Ruiz Vs AJ fight, yes he did but was no longer undisputed |

ericmor:Granted that Usyk has cat-like reflexes and appears difficult to pin down but I dont think he is the real deal. Fury lost this fight because of carelessness: Another determined fighter would have knocked Usyk out when it was very obvious that he was in serious trouble after the second round. He has fought less than 25 fights and that hardly makes for greatness in boxing. I see him being found out sooner than later. Fury will likely beat him in a rematch....We have seen it before. Lennox Lewis needed two rude awakenings from Oliver Mc Call and Nassim Rahman to become the all-time great he later became... 1 Like 1 Share |

maestroferddi: Fury is a good fighter too and I thought he was going to destroy Usyk but looking at the fight, Usyk is a natural pure talented fighter and he is a strong dude which was why he won the Olympics and the other tittle too because I realised is change of tactics why fighting fury which got fury trainer confused. Those numbers you mentioned are in heavyweight and it is not easy to archive such unbeaten. I give credit to who deserve it but I also think Fury will win the second fight if he get more serious and gain little weight back |

Re: Usyk Beats Tyson Fury To Win Historic Undisputed Heavyweight Championship Fight by ericmor: 11:23am On May 20 |
Fearurcreeator: You just don't know anything. AJ is the belt holder after he won the second fight and collected his belt back from Ruiz, he took off to go for Fury belt but he need to defend his belt by fighting some other boxers, at the long run, he lost it all again to USyk. If Usyk now say he is not interested in AJ after beaten him twice unlike AJ beaten Ruiz just the second fight what will you now say? Y is that AJ have no belt since he lost to Usyk? You just seat in the corner of your parent room and type nonsense. It's not just about putting two persons in a ring to start fighting each other, it's business. So wilder was with belt when fury gave him a chance for the 3rd fight? Abi chisora had belt when fury woop his ass 3times? Abi when sugar ray fought a single person more than 5times? Like I said before, you only make things up because you no nothing. You better start learning from now and stop dreaming |

lecowas: How did Fury get KO in the 9th round The referee helped Usyk there by not giving Fury a standing 8 count immediately after the first overhead left from Usyk The referee by delaying allowed Fury to take punishment that scrambled his brain for the next 2 rounds instead of giving him recovery time with a standing 8 count If Usyk could not knock him out despite the referee not intervening ab initio, what makes you say he was KO? The ref allowed Usyk to continue pummelling a man he should have given a standing 8 count so the referee action favoured Usyk |

Ibime: Fury was beaten from pillar to post for 30 sec without reply whatsoever. Go check all boxing matches, the rule is protect yourself at all time, when a boxer isn't able to do that, it's a KO. Fight has been stopped for less punishment, little wonder he thought this is a new year 1 Like |
Re: Usyk Beats Tyson Fury To Win Historic Undisputed Heavyweight Championship Fight by Ibime(m): 5:29pm On May 20 |
lecowas: No the first rule is a standing 8 count if the ref suspects a fighter has been knocked down but is still on his feet because of ropes or strong head Protect yourself at all times is a last resort and does not necessarily cover knock-downs but when a fighter is outmatched. It is only given after two or three knock-downs when applied to knock-downs. The referee failed Fury by not giving him a standing 8 count earlier, allowing him to take punishment that impacted his performance in the subsequent 2 rounds |

Ibime: He lost fair and square. Show me any boxing match where a boxer was wobbling around the ring and not replying punches for 30 sec and was not stopped. I'll agree if you can show me any fight |
