Proof of Work Experience

GENERALLY, DOCUMENTS THAT SHOW/DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU WORK/WORKED IN AN ORGANIZATION AND IN THE SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL ROLE. E.g.

-Letters of reference from past employers to prove your work experience for each job included.
-Letters of reference from your Supervisor or Human Resources Officer must be printed on company letterhead.
-Document for job Contract or Offer of Employment Letter
-Others documents like Confirmation of Appointment Letter, Promotion Letters
-Payslips/Vouchers
-Tax Payment Details if tax is paid by your employer on your behalf.

Good luck.

Are you male or female? Whats your budget? Are you a student?

Hello to the gurus in the house.

I'm actually new here and I have got a few questions to ask.

1. How long does it take to get an approval or status after submitting the full SINP application (not the EOI)?

2. How long does it take for an EOI to be "approved" and when will an Invitation to Apply (ITA) be received?

3. Proof of Funds (POF) Timing: When does the 3-month period for Proof of Funds (POF) start counting—before the EOI or before the full SINP application (i.e, after the ITA)?

4. Valid Proof of Work Experience: What documents make the proof of working experience valid for the SINP?

I will need clarity on this please. Thank you :

Doesn't look good, from my research:

This is a completely normal point of confusion because Saskatchewan’s immigration language can feel like a maze.

Let’s unpack exactly what Colin Singer’s update means, clear up the confusion about the "International Skilled Worker EOI System," and map out alternative Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) that are actively looking for full-stack tech professionals like you.

Clearing the Confusion: What is Paused vs. Open?
The reason you are seeing a conflict between the "paused" announcement and the "2026 intake windows" comes down to how Saskatchewan separates its application streams.

1 The Paused Stream: The "No-Job-Offer" EOI Pool
When Colin Singer notes that regular SINP EOI draws have been paused since September 2024, he is referring specifically to the broad, general draws for outland candidates without a job offer (the International Skilled Worker: Express Entry & Occupations In-Demand sub-categories).

Because the federal government slashed their allocation quota from 8,000 to 4,761, Saskatchewan cannot afford to run massive, general lottery draws anymore. They have frozen the general pool until further notice.

2 The Open Stream: The Sector-Based & Intake Windows
The "2026 Intake Windows" (January, March, May, etc.) that you see on the FAQ page are not general EOI draws. They are highly controlled submission windows for specific, targeted pathways.

A) The Capped Sectors: These windows are mainly for lower-skilled or service-oriented fields (like retail or hospitality) where workers are already in the province or have specific employer backing.

B) The Priority Sectors (Your Pathway): The government has reserved 50% of its entire budget for Healthcare, Agriculture, and Technology.

Instead of drawing randomly from a passive EOI pool, Saskatchewan wants to allocate these precious nominations directly to people who solve their immediate labor crisis. To get nominated under the Technology priority sector in 2026, you cannot rely on a passive score of 65 or 70 in the EOI pool. You must use the SINP Tech Talent Pathway, which requires an eligible tech job offer but completely bypasses the EOI point grid and selection draws.
