I have a very adorable girlfriend, I love her very much and would like to marry her one day however she is very skinny, borderline anorexic, and self conscious about her appearance, am trying to make her calorie-dense but healthy food in order to fatten her up, both for her own health and because I'd like her to have thicker butt/legs
I'm also trying to convince her that she doesn't need to worry about her weight, which is easier said than done as it's definitely an unconscious psychological issue for her to some degree
she uses nairaland btw
any ideas?

Genetics.
Compare her stature with that of a family member, mother, father or older sister that is married.
Women generally start adding weight from age 25 upwards or after child birth.
Don't resort to junks or drugs.
Cuz, it will cause disproportionate growth like fatty cheeks, tummy,etc and affect the organs/health.
Being fat is not being healthy.
Know your BMI and embrace who you are.
I personally have small stature that affected my confidence then.
I envied the well built guys and wished to be like them.
But as i got to my late 20s and now in my early 30s, i started adding a bit.
My fitting shirt size is large (38"~40")
But, right now, i am more youthful than the guys that i used to envy their size as they have grown fat with pot bellies and fatty face.
This inspired me to go for girls with long face, chisel jaws as they have less tendency to grow fat in their 30s/40s

She's too skinny and barely eats anything except for snacks .
