Tolerance and love is key here ,then you will discover that the noise or whatever ,you won't even be hearing them again even when it continues and you sleep fine in it's mist.
I ignored my neighbors noisy generator to a point its noise don't have effect on me again whether on or off by 2am to 4 am .
You may relocate and meet a worst neighbor.

Since they don't want to listen to ur complaints,go buy a puppy.
When the puppy help them about 2 to 3 x to wash their plates they will learn their lessons.

If you hear the noise of plates n pot u will pity me I can't sleep cos of constant noise n fight very loud, the whole noise feels as if it's happening in my flat.

I have begged this family severally to to wash their plates inside their flat but I will never listen rather they will be throwing tantrums.

Since they the entire family have been in their flat insulting me calling me names.

Am becoming very uncomfortable
