I have been a member of this forum for years, but This is my first post, I am having some issues, please I need solutions to it,
The issue is in the 2008 I travel to UK with a visiting visa with the intention not to return till I make it over there, so when I get there I sold my return ticket with the my passport, main while the details on the international passport is not my real name, after 7 months there I have some immigration problem that involves the police, so they need my details to know how and when I got to the UK because they are not please with what I was telling them, so I gave them my real details which they could not detect in their system, so I was issue a removal direction from the UK, when I got back to naija I still renew the passport which is not my real details but now with biometric process believeing opportunity can come at any time,
(1) now the issue am having is I want to do a new passport on my real name,
(2) how can I go about the new change in detail at the UK embassy because that one is biometric process too, there's an opportunity waiting for me as we speak but this issue is killing my spirit, please I need way out on this issue on how I can go about it please, thanks.

You made a mistake in 2008 and in 2024, almost 20 years later, you want to repeat the same mistake. Smh.

If you want to use your real name, you don't need the permission of anyone to use your real name but this time do si for the right reasons.

Sure I don't need permission from anyone, but the process on how to go about it, is what I am seeking because everything now is computerized,

your biometrics is already with them. You can’t go to uk with your real name

This is as a result of not being honest from the get go. I'm afraid you have bleeped your opportunity if being in UK up.

Bro not that I wasn't honest, but the agent that arranged the paper work for me made me believe that if I should use that name it will be easy because of the statement of account attached to that name, and again there's is nothing like biometric then if you want to get passport, and lastly as an 18yr old then I didn't have any experience about traveling.

Yeah. But they have all your details so I'm 100% sure British wouldn't let you in.
