I don’t know about it being more healthy. There are whole grain breads that I’m sure are healthier because they have more bran and haven’t been stripped of nutrients by using whole unprocessed wheat flour.

But for me, I enjoy agege more than other kinds of bread to eat by itself. It can stand alone and still be satisfying.

Most breads we have here in America usually have to be toasted, made into a sandwich, bread pudding or French toast etc to enjoy them. Just eating them by themselves doesn’t feel good to me. Even the sweet ones like cinnamon raisin breads are still not good enough IMO

I buy am ₦1900.I no know whether she cheat me.I dey buy am ₦1200 when fuel be ₦700 a litter.early last year.E come increase to ₦1500 as Naira enter 1500 per dollar.I also buy am on few occasion wey small money dey hand.
Since then I come stop.So Na today wey I go the shop she tell me say Na ₦1900 because fuel don increase to ₦900 per litre and dollar matter too.So I no get choice because the bread good for beans wella.Maybe she cheat me.Na only 2 places dey sell this bread for my place of residence.
