It's important before students are admitted in their departments they should be briefed by female authorities on how to report randy lecturers who want to take advantage of them with sex for grade and how to apply for remarking of their scripts when they suspect some rough plays by the lecturer(s).

This is the only way to plan for such lecturers and penalize them and deter others.

The man should be investigated and brought to book if found culpable.
