monshow25:This rom is a European rom from a carrier likely from France. Like someone suggested, change your region to France, reboot your phone and check for updates again.

Who has Redmi Note 10 pro fingerprint flex cable for sale? |
| Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Gptech(m): 7:45am On May 28, 2024 |
monshow25:EU roms are basically thesame as global roms. In some cases like yours updates will come slower. There may be some restrictions too due to European strict laws, so its better your new device comes with the global rom. |

Just in case anyone is having battery issues with their Redmi Note 10 Pro, I was able to change replace mine yesterday at Raya (Xaiomi Customer service). I called Xaiomi Customer service number i got from Xaiomi site to confirm if they had the battery. I can confirm the battery is very good and my phone is as cool as new, no more over heating. The battery last long too and it was replaced for ₦26,000. Yeah, it's expensive, I know but it's better than paying ₦8,000 for the batteries on Jumia that won't last long. Just felt I should share in case anyone is going through battery issues that makes their phone over heat. |

| Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by noobody(m): 12:55pm On May 29, 2024 |
Henrybright:Follow come battery is not 26k even with the current dollar rate, Did you snap a picture of the replaced battery?? Kindly share if you did I won't be shocked it was the copy that was sold to you at an exorbitant rate. |
| Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Henrybright(m): 1:03pm On May 29, 2024 |
noobody:Well, I didn't take any pics but I have a receipt of the transaction. They replaced it right there and I picked it up. I went there last month and the battery was not available, they said it was ₦28,000 back then but when I called yesterday they said it's ₦26,000. I am very much satisfied with the quality of the battery and the fact my phone no longer heats up. Not only does it solve my phone's over heating issues but it also last long. |

AlphaNugget:well, I am not a novice when it comes to phones and buying things. I don't understand why he will make such a comment about force resetting a phone with swollen battery. I knew what my phone's issue was before taking it there, I needed no one to tell me. Because say person no dey talk no mean say e no sabi anything about phone. |

| Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by GrandMufti: 9:06am On May 30, 2024 |
Henrybright:Oga rest. Ask questions next time before dashing Raya money |
| Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Henrybright(m): 9:49am On May 30, 2024 |
GrandMufti:No be you dash me money were I use buy the battery, the battery were I buy dey serve me well. I no be person were dey like talk plenty. I no come beg you money to buy the battery, I dey get value for the money were I spend. Before I go Raya another seller from here tell me say Na 34k. Again, manner of approach means a lot, you made an unnecessary comment over a product I bought like say Na you dash me money were I use go buy from Raya. The fact day person no dey comment often for here no mean say e no sabi wetin him dey do. This is my last comment on this issue, have a nice day. |
