Sanusi is still pro APC. I don't know why they think Sanusi's reinstatement is going to favour them. Kwakwanso was one of the first of big politicians/godfathers to run to France to congratulate Tinubu. For some reason, they can't see the handwriting on the wall.

That was what I raised this morning in one of my comments. The CJN need to be decisive about these conflicting orders by judges.
In a real sense, the FHC should not have entertained the suit in the first place because of jurisdiction. I said it no judge that doesn't know his or her jurisdiction.

I wonder when people will start using their brains.
Its glaring most people who have made disparaging comments about the CJN's move don't know anything about the judiciary system.

The conflicting injunctions issues by both courts will only cause unnecessary conflicts and well-meaning Nigerians have been complaining about this trend before now.

The CJN and the entire judiciary system must make sure the two judges explain why they issued such conflicting injunctions.

This is not the first time such is happening but it must stop.

Continue to deceive yourself! If your argument holds water then Bayero is not even an emir in the first place because Sanusi sued Kano state government in 2019 when this law which was rescinded by Abba govt in 2024 was made. Sanusi even won on the bases of his fundamental human right. Ganduje still went ahead with his intended act. Karma is at work. Bayero has gone just as the way he came.

Can the FHC judge say he does not know his jurisdiction?
Is he allowed to rule on Chieftaincy affairs?

Until the body that regulate them make an example of them before they can change. The CJN need to be on top of his job and reign the bad eggs amongst them before it gets out of hand. Many judges are just ridiculing the profession and the nation at large.
No judge that is placed in a specific court that doesn't aware and know their jurisdiction and scope of duties to discharge and not to discharge.
