President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as part of events marking the first anniversary of his Administration flagged off the commencement of commercial operations of the Abuja Light Rail.
The President commended the FCT Minister, Barrister Nyesom Wike for his tremendous efforts in developing the FCT and announced the commencement of free train rides till the end of the year.

Everybody sabi say wike go perform, even his enemies.... If we fit get dis kind wike as president for jst 8 yrs, infrastructure go full everywhere, he gave deadlines for d completion of all dis projects and they were met.... I thought he would be given minister of works, but umahi too get capacity
