This is 2024, this is worse than slavery because the humiliation and public disgrace stays permanently engrained in your brain for ever, any country , including the US, where this kind of things are still happening against even some Nigerians is no sane clime. It is your hatred for Nigeria/patriotic Nigerians, tribal/ religious bigotry, ignorance and low self esteem that make you think that anyone with a white skin is better than you and superior to you.

Check Nairaland. Many posts that accuse an EBSU male lecturer of causing an EBSU girl to commit suicide quickly got to the front page. But a post that explains the girl's academic performance for her 5 years in the school and reviews her exam script for the course being taught by the accused lecturer has not come to the front page. The post was created since 3 days ago. Attached to the post is a video where a staff of EBSU reads out the girl's results and displays the controversial exam script before some journalist. Tell me why such a post has not come to NL front page.

The point is respect is reciprocal, before now, Yoruba don't even care, they treat everyone the same, until people begin to drum, we build Lagos, we build Nigeria, we are the smartest person, Lagos belongs to Us, if we move our business Lagos will dry.

Now even if you are Yoruba and you are fair, or looks like an igbo everyone is weary of you, they don't want to help because you feel you are already better.

I told someone I saw my Landlady selling some miserable stuff in Oshodi, everything on her plate is not up to 10k, this is a woman collecting over 10 million in rent, just because she looks poor doesn't mean she's, some just want an excuse to leave their house and walk around.
