In Lagos, they arrest such people because there's Pedestrians bridge or you go to where there's street light traffic light and wait for it to turn Red for the lanes to stop. But no! They are always in a hurry to Only God knows where.

Why do they call it express then?. Honestly don't blame the driver for running, it's most likely the pedestrian fault.

You got it! It is always the Pedestrians fault, that's why most hit and run drivers run. Even if there's pedestrians bridge, they won't use it but prefer crossing the express. A 5 year old was killed recently.

I changed phone and used auto fill, unknown to me, I inserted a wrong Password and asked it saved. I could no longer have access to the mail used cos it was opened mainly for the NL.
